This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Trusted Windows uses, what they do, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information between pages and visits. We also use your browser’s local storage in the same way for some of the values below.
Cookies we set
When you land on our site we set first-party wml_* cookies (for example wml_utm_source, wml_utm_campaign, wml_gclid and similar) to record marketing attribution — the UTM values and advertising click identifiers in the web address you arrived on, and the first page you landed on. This lets us understand which campaigns bring homeowners to us and attribute an enquiry correctly if you leave and come back later.
These cookies are set on our own domain, contain only attribution data (not your name or contact details), and expire after 90 days. The same values may also be stored in your browser’s local storage as a fallback.

Analytics and tag-manager cookies
We may in future enable a tag manager (such as Google Tag Manager) to run analytics and advertising tags. When that happens, those tags may set their own cookies — for example Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) or Meta (_fbp, _fbc) — to measure website performance and advertising. These are not active until tagging is switched on, and this policy will be updated to list them and to describe how to give or withdraw your consent.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time; most browsers also let you refuse cookies from specific sites. Blocking our wml_* cookies will not stop the site or enquiry form from working — only the accuracy of our marketing attribution is affected.
